I am a postdoctoral researcher and instructor at the Center for Organization Research and Design (CORD) and the School of Public Affairs (SPA) -Arizona State University (ASU).

My research interests lie in science and technology policy, equity, diversity and inclusion in public organizations, emerging technologies, STEM faculty careers, organizational change, and policy impact. I am passionate about understanding how technologies and public organizations can create a better future for society and, particularly, serve underrepresented members of society. I am especially interested in how structures, practices, policy design and implementation affect equitable outcomes. Currently, I am drawing on interdisciplinary frameworks and methods to study the dynamics of STEM faculty careers and trajectories, stratification, productivity, social innovation, resilience in collaborative research teams, and the influence of policy.
